We started our company by envisioning the old fashioned butcher block. Back in those days, families ate a wholesome and premium quality meat product. There was a simple satisfaction in knowing your local butcher could tell you what farm raised the animal and how it was fed. The days where producing meat products was based on quality not quantity.
Our dream is now our reality. Now you have a place to go for your meat products and your custom processing needs. You can be assured that the animal we source was raised with no antibotics or hormones and humanely handled making it pure wholesome meat.
We are USDA facility that can process beef, pork, lamb, buffalo and goat.
